PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING "I AGREE," ACCESSING, OR USING THE REALBRO MOBILE APPLICATION ("APP"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE APP.

1 Voluntary Enrollment & Eligibility

1.1 Sound Mind & Voluntary Consent: You declare that you are signing up of your own free will, without any pressure, force, or coercion from RealBro. Participation is driven by professional interest, not "guaranteed returns."

1.2 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.

1.3 Professional Use: RealBro is a B2B (Business-to-Business) tool for property experts and brokers. It is not intended for the general public.

2 The Digital Vault & Data Integrity

2.1 Nature of Service: The "Digital Vault" is an inventory management tool. RealBro provides the technology but does not verify the accuracy or legality of your data.

2.2 Admin Visibility: Admins and Super-Admins have full visibility into your uploaded data, images, and videos for platform integrity and selection of "Exclusive Properties."

2.3 Data Responsibility: RealBro takes zero responsibility for the safety, permanence, or backup of your data. In the event of crashes or server failure, no reimbursement or recovery is guaranteed.

3 Sales Disclaimer

3.1 No Guarantee of Sale: RealBro is a technology platform, not a real estate agency. We do not guarantee that any property will be sold or rented.

3.2 Independent Business: You operate as an independent professional. RealBro is not your partner, employer, or agent in any real estate transaction.

4 Content Guidelines & Prohibitions

4.1 Strict Focus: All uploads must be strictly related to real estate properties.

4.2 No Humans in Photos: You are strictly prohibited from uploading media featuring humans (including yourself or clients). Such media will be flagged and may lead to an immediate ban.

4.4 Consequences: Any unethical content leads to a permanent ban and forfeiture of all Gems and Vault data.

G Exclusive Properties & "Gems" Rewards

5.1 Selection: RealBro reserves the absolute discretion to feature any property from your vault in the "Exclusive Property" section.

5.2 Gems Definition: "Gems" are promotional reward points. 1 Gem = 1 Indian Rupee (₹). They are not legal tender until approved for redemption.

Withdrawal & Payout Terms

Withdrawal Processing: It will take up to 3 working days to credit money to your bank account after a withdrawal request has been successfully initiated and approved.
TDS Deductions: All payouts are subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per the prevailing Government of India regulations and percentages.
Approval: Redemptions require manual approval by the RealBro admin team.
Local Clearance: All payouts are subject to final clearance at our Local Office in Jabalpur.

6 Referral Program

6.1 Sponsor System: A single-layer system where you receive a bonus equivalent to 5% of Gems earned by your direct referrals.

6.2 Discretion: Referral bonuses are a gift, not a right. RealBro reserves the right to void bonuses for any reason.

7 KYC & Data Privacy

7.1 Verification: Valid Aadhaar and PAN details are mandatory for the reward system.

7.3 Security: RealBro is not liable for data leaks or unauthorized access to KYC data on our servers.

8 Limitation of Liability

Section 9.1: Zero Liability

RealBro's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the App is ₹0 (Zero Rupees). We do not guarantee anything, and we do not take responsibility for anything.

9 Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh only.
