- KYC Documents: Aadhaar Card and PAN Card (required for identity verification, TDS compliance, and redemptions).
2.2 Business & Inventory Data (The Digital Vault)
- Property Details: Address, pricing, configurations, and descriptions.
- Media Assets: Photos and videos of properties.
2.3 Technical Data
IP address, device type, operating system, and App interaction logs.
3 The "Admin Oversight" Principle
Non-Private Data Policy
3.1 Unrestricted Access: You explicitly acknowledge that the "Digital Vault" is not private from the platform owners. Admins and Super-Admins have full, unrestricted visibility into every property, image, video, and lead you upload.
3.2 Monitoring: We monitor this data for platform integrity (e.g., ensuring no humans in images) and to identify "Exclusive" properties.
4 How We Use and Protect KYC Data
5.1 Purpose: Aadhaar and PAN data are used solely for identity verification, processing financial payouts, and filing TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns with the Government.
5.2 No Sale: RealBro does not use your KYC data for personal marketing, nor do we sell this sensitive information to third-party advertisers.
5.3 Leak Disclaimer (Zero Liability):
While we use standard security measures, you acknowledge that no digital system is 100% secure. If a data leak occurs, RealBro, its founders, and employees take NO responsibility.
5 Data Sharing & Retention
7.1 Legal Mandates: We will share any and all data if requested by the Jabalpur Police, Tax Departments, or other Indian legal authorities.
8.2 Retention: We may retain your KYC and transaction records for up to 7 years after account closure to comply with Indian financial and tax (TDS) auditing laws.
