You earn Gems in several ways: by listing high-quality properties that get selected as "Exclusive," through successful referrals (5% of their earnings), and when properties you've uploaded result in successful transactions via our network.

Once you reach the minimum threshold, you can initiate a withdrawal in the app. After admin approval and verification of your KYC (Aadhaar/PAN), the amount is credited to your bank account within 3 working days.

The "Digital Vault" is private to you, but platform administrators monitor uploads to ensure data integrity and select potential properties for the Exclusive section. Other users cannot see your personal vault listings unless you choose to share them.

The most common reason for flagging is the inclusion of humans in property photos (selfies, clients, etc.) or low-quality/blurry images. Ensure your photos are clear and strictly focused on the property itself.
